Where is my bag made?

A DCEMBER bag is made by artisans in a small Italian village near Bergamo.Everything has been treated naturally. From the certified teak wooden handles from sustainable forests, to the vegetable tanned leather from Tuscany.It is made to last. With DCEMBER you choose for a transparent production process which is kind to people and environment.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 day returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your goods simply return them to us within this time for a full refund. For more information on our returns policy and charges, please visit our Returns & Refunds page.

How does a gift card work?

You can buy a gift card the same way you buy a product. We will send you a mail with a unique gift card code. You can choose to print the gift card as a present, send it by mail to someone else or start shopping yourself. Gift cards don't expire, and you can use it more then ones provided there is still balance remaining on the card. You can check your balance at any time using the link in the email or log in in your account. Shipping and taxes can also be paid with the gift card. The unique gift card code has to be entered at check out. Note : gift cards are non refundable 

Do your prices include VAT?

For items delivered within the EU all prices include VAT. The rate charged will either be Belgian VAT or VAT in the country of delivery (rates vary by country, but our prices remain unchanged). VAT is not charged for items delivered outside the EU, but we maintain one price for each item on our website

Has my order been sent successfully?

When our system registers your order you should automatically receive a confirmation email. If for any reason you do not receive this email please check your junk folder before contacting us on info@dcember.eu or +32 3 345 6354 if necessary.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

Delivery costs vary and are detailed on our Shipping page. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. In order to provide you with a quality, prompt service we use ‘signed for’ couriers who allow you to track your order.

What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver the my order?

Our couriers will leave a card at your delivery address with instructions of how to request a second delivery. Your parcel will be held at the depot for 5 days. If you do not contact the courier within this time, your parcel will be automatically returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded. Please note, shipping and return charges will not be refunded.

Is my package gift wrapped?

All orders will arrive in our iconic packaging – wrapped in tissue paper and a dust bag, presented in a DCEMBER gift box – this service is free of charge and your items will be perfect when you receive them.Store your DCEMBER in the dust back and it will love you forever!

Do I need an account?

You can shop at DCEMBER as a guest, without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to: – Track your orders and review past purchases – Save your addresses to make shopping next time even speedier – Create a shortlist of the items you love
